Project Description
Beta TCP Granules
EPRUI supplies synthetic biocompatible beta tricalcium phosphate granules (0.2-5mm) which are widely used as bone void fillers. This granular bone graft material is the only one cleared by the FDA for implant placement.
The pore size of our medical grade beta TCP is controllable. We can supply pore size from micro-pores to macro-pores, which is based on the customers’ requirement.
<200um spherical micro porous beta TCP powder is also available, which is ideal biodegradable material for drug delivery.
- 100% synthetic biocompatible and biodegradable materials with osteoconductive properties
- Have no potential for diease transmission
- Be significantly resorbed in 3 months
- Stimulate natural bone regeneration

Complete Buying Guide of Beta TCP Granules
1. What standards EPRUI follow to produce porous beta TCP?
ISO13485:2016, YY/T 0683-2008
2. What are applications of porous beta TCP?
With its fully reticulated structure, porous beta TCP is the perfect bone void filler. The highly porous granules facilitate activities of bone regenerating entities.
EPRUI produces beta TCP and HAP products by using 100% synthetic materials with osteoconductive properties which will be completely replaced by new bone over time. The adsorption time of our porous beta TCP is from 3 months to 2 years.
Besides, we can supply <100um spherical porous beta TCP which is ideal biodegradable material for drug delivery.
3. What are the advantages of using synthetic beta TCP granules as bone grafting material?
- 100% synthetic biocompatible and biodegradable materials with osteoconductive properties
- Not bring about an inflammatory response
- Have no potential for diease transmission
- Maintain volume as it is being resorbed and new bone is formed
- Be significantly resorbed in 3 months
- Stimulate natural bone regeneration
Be able to handle reasonable load in order to resist deformation during the remodeling phase
- Be cost effective and easy to use
4. Why choose porous beta TCP from EPRUI?
EPRUI can produce porous beta TCP in many different sizes and compositions, offering excellent solutions for large and smaller bone defects.
We are specialized in fine-tuning different parameters to match the desired application’s needs and create tailored product outcomes. The customized parameters including: Ca/P ratio, particle size, pore size, porosity, morphology.
